Pet Policy
• At Dunson Grove, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. For each pet, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 and a pet rent of $25 per month.
• Two pets maximum per apartment home are allowed.
• No breed or weight restrictions. In-office pet interviews are required. Current vaccination records are required at the time of application.
